Require just compensation to active duty military members who are forced from their homes due to Permanent Change of Station (PCS) transfer orders. Military members typically face financial hardships due to PCS transfers and should be compensated though a selling program that purchases the property at current market value or original purchase, which ever is greater, to relieve the undue financial burden placed upon our service members.
