Have the FBI and Justice Department have full access to all investigations involving a police shooting of citizens and if necessary, bring charges against those police officers if there was any wrong doing.
Too many U.S. citizens are being murdered by police officers WITHOUT DUE PROCESS who are posing no immediate threat, with no weapons, and who oftentimes are arrested and charged with crimes that have no relevance or significance to the actions that caused it.
Police departments have too much control over investigations and are more than likely to determine in favor of the officer, dismissing charges and allowing murders to continue carrying weapons.
Have the FBI and Justice Department regard all police shootings as individual vs individual and not police department vs individual.
