There is no reason to operate a webserver for seized domains. It just wastes energy, bandwidth, and resources, while providing the oppurtunity to perform dragnet surveillance on the population, many of which may be completely innocent.
As such, I am calling for a regulation that will require all United States law enforcement agencies to "null route" all domains in their possession as a result of a seizure order. What this means is that the domains will be configured in a manner that they will not resolve to any IP addresses, and thus will be unable to be used for purposes of surveillance beyond the scope of the original warrents.
