Require labeling of all crops and crop products exposed to glyphosate (Round-Up) pesticides.

Created by B.K. on July 28, 2015

Glyphosate is the primary weed killing component of Monsanto's Round-Up(tm) weed killer product, and is found in other pesticides. Unlike the initial claims of safety when used as directed, reports have surfaced in the media that DNA changes have been found in fetal and infant tissues, caused either by glyphosate or the crops genetically engineered to tolerate glyphosate application.

The use of round-up ready crops in the US is widespread. We have a need, as citizens, to make our own choices about living with reported chemical dangers, and we need this information to make informed choices.

Please require labeling correctly crops and crop products modified to tolerate glyphosate, and/or that have had glyphosate applied.
