Every year too many citizens especially students, military families and veterans seniors&our disabled population who rent - face unnecessary hardship and pain because they were not aware or offered rental insurance when they signed their leases .
Help educate consumers and protect them by requiring all landlords who rent places of residence to any citizen to explain how economical,wise, and easy it is to carry rental insurance in case of natural or manmade disaster like hurricanes, fires , tornadoes ,etc.
Surviving any disaster is good news,but reducing the trauma for everyone involved is critical wiith rental insurance so that items can be replaced, temporary housing paid , and any clean up covered financially
