Just as it is common place to have a working radio every time they leave the station, officers should be held accountable for their actions in which many cases they are not. recording of ALL encounters will ensure the protection of the rights of the people and the law enforcement community. Frivolous lawsuits against police will be easily squashed and individual officers who abuse their authority will no longer be able to operate unaccountable for their actions. This should be applied to D.O.C. workers that must interact with inmates as well as State and local law agencies.
