WHEREFORE it has become apparent to the citizens of the United States that the various governmental entities have POORLY MANAGED maintaining a safe learning environment at our many publicly funded educational institutions; and
WHEREFORE WE THE PEOPLE will not give up OUR RIGHTS own firearms or conceal said firearms in accordance with laws enacted in these United States.
LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN THAT WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America, petition the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to pursue legislation requiring all publicly funded educational institutions be under patrol, protection, and guard by AT LEAST ONE FULLY TRAINED AND ARMED police officer, employed by the local state, county, or city police department, and on site during school hours.
