require at least one natural parent be a US citizen in order for the baby to be a US citizen. Most countries do that.

Anchor babies are a known problem in the US. In order for a child born in the US, at least 1 biological parent should be a US Citizen. Other countries require it. If a US couple has a child while abroad, is that child a citizen of the US? His parents are so he should be. It doesn't matter where the child is born, he is a citizen of the country of his parents..
We need that here to stop the well known practice of anchor babies. There is nothing racial about such a policy. It is good sound policy for any nation.
Join me in a petition to get this passed. It is the first real step that needs to be taken regarding immigration and naturalization.
