It is unfair for students to only be able to participate in a program if their district offers it. The FFA program teaches life lessons and skills to high schoolers including accountability, public speaking, and leadership. If these programs were offered in every district, students would have the opportunity to participate in something even though they may not be good at sports, art, or music.
