In order to clarify the voting process, I propose that all legislation be required to bear a public name that clearly reflects it's primary content. This action would allow voters to make a more informed choice when choosing to support or deny legislation that they may not otherwise fully understand.
To comply, proposed legislation would have to bear a name that reflects it's content within the understanding of a person of reasonable judgement.
To further protect the public interest, any legislation that is deemed not to meet this standard may be called into question within a period of up to five years from the date of it's passage.
