Require legislators to resign if they fail to pass a budget prior to the beginning of a fiscal year.

Created by M.V. on February 25, 2013

A law should be enacted to require passing of budgets and other critical budgetary issues prior to the start of a fiscal period. Legislators should be required to resin in case of impasse, and their positions should be replaced by the opponent who finished in the second place at the time of their election.
