Each time a person gets shot, or a community is hit with another senseless act of violence against innocent people, there is no recourse. There is no support for the victims or their bereved families.
The Government should require gun owners to protect the victims and families against additional victimization through financial burdens. There are children whose parents have been murdered, parents whose children have been killed and people who deserve better from our government than ignoring the outrage that accompanies the far too frequent tragedies.
