We have seen too many violent outbreaks among individuals whom own fire arms and don't use them properly or responsibly. This results in the death and injury of our nations citizens,
Therefore i do believe we have the right to own fire arms just within these requirments:
-You must be at least 21 years of age
-You must attend a seminar explaining how to properly use your firearms or how to avoid gun violence.
-Once you attend a seminar you take a test and must get at least score a minimum of 80% or above.
-If you pass you sign an oath that says you will handel your firearms responsibly and not use them against the law.
-You wait one month to obtain a license from your local or state courthouse by mail. You can have said license taken away if you break the law.
