Owning a gun should be like owning a car. You should have to register and have a license to operate any gun. If I need a license and registration of a motor vehicle because driving one can kill an individual then the same rules should apply to gun owners. The upside to this for the government is the revenue of licensing and registration for all guns. The upside for the government it brings accountability. The upside for the community it brings accountability. There is no reason why something that can kill another human goes for unaccounted for.
