Require 'lifted' trucks and SUVs to have lowered headlights.

Night time driving can be difficult on it's own. When people decide to raise their truck or SUV to make it taller, they raise their headlights, as well. This forces the headlight beam, while before accurately and safely aligned with the road, to now be directed straight into the windscreens [front and back] of other automobiles. This blinds drivers and paves the way for more accidents, as a low-beam light direct right at ones face while driving, can cause a blinding effect that lasts up to minutes on end, effectively rendering the driver 'sight-less'.
This petition seeks to require that ALL 'lifted' or 'height-altered' vehicles have lowered headlights, under penalty of heavy fine and revocation of the driver's licence.
