Most building departments in most municipalities, Tiny house's falls into a gray area in zoning by-laws. They are driven by a common yet far be it, OLD ideas that homes that are "tiny" are not good for Americans. In fact this is far from the truth. Tiny houses help the environment! because there is less space to heat and cool the home, they can even be built from reused and trashed materials from old houses, there are less bills to pay and more funds to spend in the local community's. Family's become closer and build better bonds and love. These by laws are hindering America from growing.
