Major League Baseball needs to institute an instant replay policy to stop the ability of any individual from determining the outcome of games. This instant replay should be used for all calls in games including balls and strikes. The responsibility of deciding the outcome of a game is far to great to be in one person hands especially in this day and age with social media where umpires can be very enticed to develop a rooting interest for teams.
