Require the maker of Geo Gun Marker to pull the app from the android market and destroy the database of stored addresses

The owner of Geo Gun Marker has allowed the public to create a database of known gun owners by marking their location that is stored in a database for their android market application. This is a direct violation of possible state and constitutional laws. The maker blankets the use of this as a "way to mark unsafe gun owners homes," but does not realize that this application infringes on the privacy of the people and now allows criminals to have a database of homes they can potentially rob and obtain firearms. A New York newspaper created a similar type of interactive map that was deemed unconstitutional and was shut down. The same should be done with Geo Gun Marker.
