Require mandatory and continuous drug testing for Welfare recipients

We The People are fed up with the abusers of the system. Welfare was designed as a system of support, not a way of life. As Thomas Jefferson once said, "I think we have more machinery of government than is necessary, too many parasites living on the labour of the industrious" with emphasis on the latter. This is where we take a stand and make our voices heard that we are tired of funding the lazy. If someone is able-bodied, they should be self-sufficient, instead of partying it up at my expense. I propose NATIONAL mandatory and continuous drug testing of anyone and everyone receiving Welfare benefits. This is NOT a violation of anyone's Civil Rights! If I have to pass a drug test to be able to work and earn my keep, then they should have to pass one to receive their benefits as well.
