Government assistance (including but not limited to state and federal) guidelines and regulations should be reconsidered for the following:
First, those applying to government assistance (i.e food stamps, welfare, Social Security) should be required to take a drug test to be considered for aid. If a working American is required to pass a drug test to earn money, a non-working/in-need-of-assistance American should be required to pass a drug test to receive the benefits that are provided by Tax dollars from the working American.
Second, require that agents providing assistance, perform random drug testing on individuals accepting assistance. Those found to fail or refuse to submit to a random selection drug test would be subject to immediate revocation of provided assistance.
