Require mandatory Deadbeat Parent check in employment process to catch parents who job-hop to avoid paying child support

Created by T.H. on November 29, 2011

It should be required for ALL employers to have to do a mandatory national database check for 'deadbeat parents' BEFORE hiring them. If the employee is not willing to pay child support, from the start, they should not be able to be hired.

Many children are in poor living situations because the parent who is trying to raise them is very limited, economically, physically, and emotionally. The courts do NOT offer relief or help the situation - they just add more stress and clog up the court system while waiting years without any resolve.

A national database and mandatory requirement check for deadbeat parents would help stimulate the economy, alleviate the government funding, help unclog the court system - but MOST of all, it would help the children and families who DESERVE this help!
