Require mandatory drug screens monthly before a welfare recipient receives there welfare check.

Many people work hard for their paycheck. And most have some sort of drug screening involved.
If a portion of my hard earned money is going towards a family in need, I would like to assure that they are not wasting this money fruitlessly!
This bill proposes a mandatory drug screening before every paycheck is received by a family in need - to make sure that they are not abusing the system.
And thus abusing the rest of America, who mostly works hard for their rights and freedoms.
