Federal government should require mandatory drug testing to all individuals requiring government assistance. This would include, but not be limited too, welfare, WIC, disability, and tuition assistance. Drugs would include any recreational drug not proscribed by a doctor, whether the drug is legal or not.
Individuals receiving Social security benefits because they are of retirement age will not have to undergo this testing since they have paid into the system and entitled to SS benefits over the years of investment and have reached the age to withdraw their investment.
