Require Mandatory Drug Testing for all Presidential Candidates and Govenment Subsidized Corporate CEOs

To ensure that federal funds are not being wasted by corporate executives on illegal narcotics and to ensure that we the people will be served by individuals of outstanding character and decision making skills I propose that said persons be submitted to regular but random drug screenings. Results are to be made available for public review. This is to be considered a matter of homeland security. It is non-partisan, low cost, and equal to the requirements for employment for many public or private employees in critical job functions.
