Require mandatory drug testing for anyone that receives any assistance from the government (welfare, food stamps, etc.).

I am tired of going into a grocery store and seeing a woman or a man in front of me with a food stamp card then get into their $60,000 vehicle. Who knows where the money came from to get that said vehicle but in my opinion as a tax payer this should be done. Those who fail a drug test should not be allowed to receive assistance from the government. This should be a law in every state and would probably save the government a whole bundle of money.
