The United States of America assists millions of Americans with government funding through the taxes of the working people. In order to insure the proper usage of the working people's tax money, mandatory drug tests should be implemented upon receiving an approval of government aid through welfare. This act would benefit the prevention of the illegal usage of controlled substances and benefit the proper use of the welfare system.
