Babies are dying by the hands of their young mothers everyday. Young mothers need to learn how to be a mother, a parent and a nurturer towards their new baby. They need to learn child milestones & mental development stages as well as, learn that children are sternly protected by law and cannot be treated any type of way. Therefore, there should be Mandatory parental educational classes established for young parents before the baby is born, and after the baby is delivered. With government backing; children can STOP dying for expressing themselves the only way they know how. Children like Bryeon Hunter are senselessly dying everyday for crying & ill potty-training techniques. We have to help our babies grow-up to adulthood. Please help me get this point across to The Illinois DHS.
