That money can be concentrated on the 50% of voters who register choices at polls for federal officials. Victory reflects half +1 of those voters. Citizens no longer believe they can influence decisions as individuals. But they can if they vote! . Mandatory voting will broaden public influenceand change strategies. It is already successful in other countries. Voting is a right, a privilege and a necessity.
