Stop child support recovery units from going after people just for signing a birth certificate. The states and federal government should require mandatory dna testing for all persons trying to recieve child support in order to stop people from being wrongfully attacked and harrassed by child support recovery. Because a person signs a birth certficate does not always mean that the person is the biological parent and there for should not be harrassed by child support for trusting there partners. Only the biological parents should have to pay child support too often are people accused of being the parent of a child when in fact they are not, then having to go through the lengthy and costly process of hiring an attorney going to court to prove they are not, a process some people cannot afford.
