Require Marines to roll their sleeves.

We hereby petition your administration to require Marines to once again roll their utility uniform sleeves. The rolling of the utility uniform sleeves enhances the Marine's attention to detail, creates incentive to maintain high standards of physical fitness and appearance, helps identify lazy and complacent Marines, enhances their Esprit de Corps and separates them from other branches. Bringing back rolled sleeves will contribute greatly to the Marine Corps maintaining their tradition of the highest combat readiness, highest standards and sharpest uniforms.
