Require Marriage License to have an Expiration Date.

Created by C.F. on February 02, 2016

Requiring expiration dates be placed on Marriage License is important because statistically 50% of married couples that have been married 5+ years are not happy with the relationship they have with their spouses. So, they cheat, separate and/or divorce. Some people just stay in the marriage because they cannot afford to pay for a divorce. Staying usually causes serious illnesses, such as ulcers, high blood pressure, obesity, heart diseases, stroke, just to name a few. Unhappy marriages, often, end in violence.

To solve the unhappy marriage epidemic, I am proposing all marriage license have expiration dates (5yrs.), just like any other license (driver's, business, software, real estate, liquor, fishing, etc.).This would save a lot of heartache, pain, bad health and wasted divorce money.
