Require Mediacom to have better service.

Mediacom has, for several months now, been one of the worst ISPs out there, and they aren't even dial-up. They continue to claim reliable Internet, but, by looking at several places where compliments and complaints for them can be found, they obviously don't care. Recently, their prices have gone up, and service has gone down. No planned "outage," or anything, just service worthy of $10(ten) Internet. It's fast when it works, but doesn't work enough. I know for a fact that I am not the only one with this problem.
