Please join me in getting Congress to force Medicad to pay for medically necessary Durable Medical Equipment for adults regardless of age. As of right now Medicad is allowed to deny request for products like leg braces if the person is over 21. This is not fair to adults like me who are over 21 and need new leg braces because our current pair is failing and beyond repair, and costs thousands of dollars to get new pair made so we can still function, work, and have a normal life as possible.
