require members of Congress to have the same medical coverage of all other American citizens, e.g. Medicare, Obamacare.

All members of Congress should be required to have the same medical coverage as all other citizens of the United States. This includes Medicare, Obamacare, etc. This would eliminate party affiliation conflict with regard to this most basic right. If it is the basic right of one American, it should be the basic right for ALL Americans!
