Require members of Congress to participate in same Healthcare and Social Security programs as "regular" U.S. citizens.

In the case of Healthcare and retirement benefits, legislators should participate in the same programs as they govern, not create their own exclusive programs. Congress should not make laws that apply to the citizens of the United States that do not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives;

Neither should Congress make laws that apply to the Senators and/or Representatives that do not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.
