Require that members of the House Committee on Science Space & Technology ACTUALLY Have a Degree in one of those fields!

In Light of the Amazing Ignorance shown by the members of the House Committee on Science, Space & Technology over the recent years it has become obvious that people who have never learned about science should NOT be the ones making decisions on the matter. Please help this country by only allowing members that have a minimum of a Bachelors of Science Degree in a relevant field to be appointed to this committee. If we keep allowing the current set of members who think the internet is a "Series of Tubes" & that putting up Windmills will end up "Stopping the Wind" we will be quickly passed by the rest of the world. Please Mr. President, turn this committee where most members would fail a Jr. High science class, into a respected organization that prides itself on being ahead of the curve.
