Require the military to abide by the standards and requrements of title 38 of VA instead of cutting vets to save money.

This petition is to require the DOD to abide by title 38 VA regulations for all service members. The Military and the VA are often at severe odds for obtaining the disability of a service member. Military personnel or former military personnel agree that this is to get personnel off the Military payrolls even if they deserved it and to pass them off to substandard care at the VA. VA care has been improving but it is currently woefully inadequate for the incredible numbers of personnel with PTSD and other combat or non-combat related mental disorders. This is currently a shameful "Kicking off the path" to our personnel that have served the United States of America to the best of their abilities.
