We the people of this great country have an excellent military force, however, those that would send out our troop have most likely never been in the military themselves. There should be an law that requires anyone in public office at the federal level serve military time. This means serving active duty and not time in the reserves.
Time in the military should serve as a reminder of what our troops must go through before they are deployed on missions where they are away from family with their lives on the line.
