The White House should seek to have both U.S. domestic motor vehicle manufacturers and foreign motor vehicle manufacturers exporting new motor vehicles (excluding motorcycles, mopeds, scooters and similar vehicles) within the United States and U.S. territories to equip such new motor vehicles with automotive radio receivers installed with a standard feature that will allow U.S. consumers to directly scan/seek/search for local National Weather Service broadcasts of weather information and emergency broadcasts.
