Require the National Basketball Association (NBA) to employ only Midget Players.

We the people request that the National Basketball Association (NBA) be restricted from employing persons over four feet in stature as players. We feel that a person that is seven feet tall with arms that are four feet long have little difficulty dunking the ball in the basket at its current level. In accordance with Title Seven of the United States Code the current team members should be sequestered ans persons of midget or dwarfism in body type should be given first preference as players. Genger norming can now be achieved as the player can either be male or female. We also request that the basket be raised two additional feet to increase the level of difficulty. Lastly, we request the prohibition in usage of ladders, trampolines, partner assists, or animals on the court.
