Require that the national minimum wage be raised every time Congress receives a raise, and by the same percentage.

The minimum wage should be tied directly to congressional salaries. If a majority of Congress agrees that they require a salary increase to deal with the effects of inflation and other economic forces, it stands to reason that those Americans earning minimum wage will require similar increases. Whatever percentage increase Congress votes for itself should automatically be applied to the minimum wage as well.
