Require networks to invite all balloted presidential candidates to participate in televised general election debates.

The U.S. presidential election is one of if not the most significant and consequential contest[s] in the modern world, and every election, American voters are presented with a ballot containing the names of people who--for no defensible reason--have not been featured in the widely-viewed and influential debates aired on either broadcast or cable television, plus the names of the two candidates that have been. That the Democratic and Republican parties enjoy a politically-engineered and -reinforced dominance in the United States is no secret, but that a country boasting of its democratic process should run these contests with no provision that all ballot candidates must at least be afforded a platform on this essential stage is absurd on its face, and should be rectified by election law.
