mandate that the NRA fund for armed guards at all locations where innocent men, women, and children have been shown to be vulnerable to attacks by law abiding citizens armed with assault weapons, until such a time as when said assault weapons can be eliminated from our civilized society. secondly, ban all rapid fire and large capacity assault type weapons. implement regulatory, geographical, and technology controls to limit firearm capabilities and usage to home defense, gun clubs, and rural hunting. thirdly, implement mandatory background and psychological checks for all gun purchases. using NRA funding, mandate that 'gun clearances' be reviewed and renewed annually. lastly, overturn the 2nd amendment as the conditions which resulted in its creation 200+ years ago no longer exist.
