Require Obama and Congress to participate in Federally Mandated Health and Retirement Programs like the rest of us.

Our Congress has established a Health Care Program which does not require the President or his family, and members of Congress to participate in. They should also be required to participate in federal employees retirement programs (30 year minimum retirement). Members of Congress should be expected to participate in the same programs they mandate for the American People. (The Constitution states that it is unlawful for Congress to make any law that does not also pertain to them.)
