Require doctors to create patient profiles online.
This should include all medical bills.
Not only should medical bills be available but patient information as well. Included should be all patient history along with all their x-rays, diagnosis, and other variable medical information. This should be both available to the doctor on call and the patient. This would increase our populations value in health. This would also help the medical field in case studies, clinical trials, and the education of our youth.
