The FLSA doesn't require breaks or meal periods to be given to employees. This means that an employer can make his/her employee work for hours on end without any break and will be completly justifiable and legal. The FLSA also doesn't require overtime to be paid to workers in the "intertainment industry". For example someone who works as an movie theater usher and has the same duties as a janitor can work during holidays and more than 40 hours a week will legally not be entitled to overtime. We the people ask the US government to amend the FLSA for the benefit of not only minimum workers but the United States economy.
