Require parents of children enrolled in schools to be legally responsible for their child's education.

Created by B.Q. on March 06, 2013

Public school districts currently can take legal action if parents are not making their child attend school. Schools should also be able to take legal action if parents refuse to take part in their child's education. If a student is receiving a D or F in any class, and parents are not making a substantial effort to help their child improve, they should be guilty of educational neglect as well. Too many parents are completely absent in the education of their children.
