require parents to take age appropriate child care classes for each child, to qualify for IRS dependent deductions

In order to promote responsible parenting choices, this petition will require all parents to take age appropriate child care courses yearly for each child in order to claim each child as a dependent for tax deductions. Classes can be written or online, with a minimum passing grade.
Example 1: if you have a 14 yr old and 3 yr old, this petition requires you to take two classes.
Example 2: if you have a 15 yr old and a 16 yr old, the classes would be combined into one class.
Subjects to cover general welfare and health, such as: not leaving infants in hot cars, what ages are appropriate to leave a child at home alone, children need an education.
