Require drug screens to receive any federal housing, food stamp, welfare, medicaid & SS disability benefits.

Many of the people who receive federal housing (Section 8), food stamps, medicaid insurance, welfare, aid to dependent children, social security disability and similar benefits funded by the federal government constantly use illegal drugs. Many of these same people could work and earn a living. We are paying, through our tax money, for them to sit around and do drugs all day. I know this from living among them. I am asking President Obama to require any one receiving federal aid, as described above, to pass a drug test in order to receive and to continue to receive these benefits. The drug tests should be given as the last step before first receiving these benefits and thereafter to be given randomly several times a year, The tests should be administered using mouth swabs.
