require the pay of commissioned security guards be the same level as law enforcement officers doing the EXACT same job

I have been working as a commissioned security officer working alongside law enforcement officers that are working off the clock at security companies but while we carry a firearm and so do they we take the same risks as they do but we get paid 10-12 dollars an hour while they are being paid 30-35 an hour
